PLUGGED, PLUGGED, PLUGGED. The GISH B #6, part of the Well Done Foundation’s Five Bayous Project, was plugged on February 22, 2022. This orphaned oil well was located in Caddo Parish, near the town of Mooringsport, LA. The Five Bayous area is critical wildlife habitat that is fed from Caddo Lake and is home to more than 100 orphaned wells; now that number has been reduced by one more. The Well Done Foundation is excited to be working on this important project with some awesome partners!
